Plan your vacation for the same time each summer, mix it up a little the rest of the year.

Each share owned provides three weeks use per year. Lucky owners of two shares come for six weeks. Just imagine how nice owning three shares would be.

Primary Week:
One of the weeks is called your Primary Week and it is selected at the time of purchase.  This week is fixed so owners can always plan on using their Cottage during that week. Weeks 24 through 40, roughly mid-June through mid-October, are considered the Primary Weeks.

Open Pool A and Open Pool B:
The other two weeks are selected by the owners in August of each year for the following year.  The owner’s order of picking weeks in Open Pool A and Open Pool B rotate annually. Over time, every owner has equal opportunity for selecting dates for their two open weeks.

Maintenance Week:
Each year, one week is designated for maintenance work.  Week #48 is designated for maintenance in the Chinook units, Week #49 for the Pelican units, and Week #50 for the Starfish units.
